Strategic Account Manager (2 positions)

We are currently looking for 2 Strategic Account Managers, one for the GTA area and one for Western Canada.  The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales and gross profit targets within specific territory  and for developing business while improving profitability of the customers.

Requirements

  • The Strategic Account Manager must be completely fluent in written, read and spoken English
  • Post-secondary degree in Wireless Engineering and/or equivalent working experience (recommended minimum 3 years)
  • Minimum of three years sales experience in Wireless Communication Technology related market.
  • Ability to analyze information and exercise sound judgment regarding actions required
  • Able to present ideas, concepts and reports in a stimulating manner
  • Proven ability to sell and negotiate at all levels within the company hierarchy, especially at the senior executive level
  • Ability to plan work in a coordinated and efficient manner so that results are achieved within deadlines, to the required quality standards and cost effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess a positive winning attitude

Montreal, Toronto and Calgary/Vancouver
RF Network Design and Optimization Engineer (5 Positions)


Our partner Netperf Wireless is currently looking for 5 RF Network Design and Optimization  Engineers: one for Greater Toronto Area, one for Western Canada and 3 for Montreal Area.  The RF Engineer is responsible for the execution of all the tasks related to implement and expand mobile or fix 3G wireless network.

Requirements

  • For the positions outside the Province of Quebec, the RF Engineer must be completely fluent in written, read and spoken English
  • For the positions in the Province of Quebec, the RF Engineer must be completely fluent in written, read and spoken English and French
  • Have a University degree in Wireless Engineering or a University degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience in the Wireless Industry
  • Have a minimum of three years experience in one or many of the following disciplines:
  • Propagation Model Tuning
  • Coverage Prediction
  • Antenna Design
  • Site Visits
  • Drive Testing
  • Be familiar with the following engineering tools: Cell Planning Tool, Drive Test Measurement based Optimization Tool
  • Be familiar with one or many of the following technologies: UMTS, GSM, CDMA, WiMAX
  • Be familiar with the wireless network equipment of at least one of the world leaders manufacturers
